FAQ
How do I choose a size?
Use the size finder on any jacket page: enter your chest, your height if you like, and how you want it to fit. Or compare your chest with the body chest column in the measurement chart. If you are between two sizes, take the larger. Our model is 183 cm and wears M. More on fit.
How long does delivery take?
Jackets ship from Melbourne in 2 to 3 weeks [to confirm]. Standard shipping is free over $400 and $15 otherwise. Express is +$25 (placeholder). Every product page shows an estimated arrival window.
Can I return a jacket?
Yes. You have 30 days to return an unworn jacket. Email orders@souvera.com.au with your order reference. Refund timing and return postage are [to confirm].
Is the leather full-grain?
Yes. The lambskin and cowhide jackets are full-grain. The Shearling is suede-finished sheepskin. Thickness, finish and lining are [to confirm] on every jacket. See the leather.
How do I care for leather?
Wipe with a dry cloth, let it dry away from heat, and condition once or twice a year. The full routine is on care and repairs.
Can I pay with Afterpay or Zip?
Not yet. The instalment lines in the cart and on product pages are a layout only. Afterpay and Zip are not active in this demo.
Is this a real store?
No. This is a design demo. Photos are stand-ins and no orders are taken. Checkout saves a summary to your Profile on this device and does not place an order.
